Q. I LIVE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA. IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN BUY YOUR PRODUCTS FROM? At the moment, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping. However, we are continuously exploring opportunities to expand our reach, so stay tuned for updates.

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? IGetBedding recently switched to Stripe Payments which accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay for a seamless shopping experience.

Q. CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER UPON DELIVERY? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment upon delivery. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. Our secure payment gateway ensures a safe transaction for your peace of mind.

Q. IF I PURCHASE AN IGETBEDDING PRODUCT, WILL I BE SUPPLIED WITH A TAX INVOICE? Absolutely! The order confirmation email you receive when you place an order is a valid tax invoice for your purchase. If you need a new copy or have any other questions, simply email our sales team at sales@igetbedding.com with your request.

Q. IS IT SAFE TO MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLINE? Rest assured, your online transactions with IGetBedding are secure. Our website uses SSL Encryption, and all payments are processed through a highly reliable and secure payment gateway.

Q. IS LOCAL PICK-UP AN OPTION? Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick-up for occupational health and safety (OHS) reasons at our warehouse. However, we ensure all orders are delivered promptly using our extensive courier network directly to your preferred address.

Q. CAN MY ITEM BE DELIVERED TO A POST OFFICE BOX? Certainly! All our deliveries are sent via Australia Post eParcel and can be conveniently delivered to post office boxes.

Q. DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY? No worries! If you're not home, you can authorize Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place by selecting the "Authority To Leave" option during checkout.

Q. DOES YOUR POSTAGE FEE INCLUDE INSURANCE? Absolutely! Our freight costs include full insurance for added peace of mind.

Q. HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY DELIVERY? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with full tracking details. You can then monitor your order's progress online and in real time until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Q. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AFTER DISPATCH? Typical delivery times within Australia are as follows: - Melbourne: Approximately 1-3 business days - Adelaide, Sydney: Approximately 2-5 business days - Brisbane, Perth: Approximately 3-7 business days Please allow up to 8-10 business days for all areas outside these metro locations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak sale periods or due to unforeseen carrier issues beyond our control.

Q. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? For deliveries within Australia, we offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $20 for express shipping. Sign up for IGetBedding Rewards to enjoy free shipping Australia-wide on eligible orders*. For international customers, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED? We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Australia will be processed the next business day.

WARRANTY DETAILS

Q. WHAT ARE MY WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS? At IGetBedding, we are committed to honoring our obligations and providing you with the highest quality products. All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you encounter a major problem with your purchase, such as a safety issue, significant difference from the description, or failure to meet reasonable expectations, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Q. HOW LONG IS MY WARRANTY? All IGetBedding products are backed by a comprehensive 12-month warranty for added assurance and peace of mind.
